Get Started with E~Funds
- Visit the Woodville School E~Funds Portal
- Click on Create and Account.
- Provide requested information.
- Click Create Account.
- Log into your EFS account.
- Select Manage Students under Manage Account.
- Enter student Last Name and Family or Student ID#.
- Select Add Students(s).
- Repeat steps 2-4 to add additional students.
- Log into your EFS account.
- Select Payment Methods under Payment Settings.
- Select New Credit Card or New Direct Debit to add new payment information.
- After entering all required information, read Consent and select Add to save information.
- Log into your EFT account.
- Select type of payment you would like to make.
- Select student.
- Enter amount of payment.
- Select Begin Checkout.
- Choose payment method and enter new method.
- Review items and total.
- Select Pay Now*.

- Select type of payment you would like to make.
- Select student.
- Enter amount of payment.
- Select Begin Checkout.
- Choose payment method and enter new method.
- Review items and total.
- Select Pay Now*.
(*Note: there is a $1.00 transaction fee for each checking account transaction, regardless of amount and $2.65 per $100.00 payment increments for each credit or debit card transaction. When you set up your account, please review you options carefully.)
